Dr Lyndon Walker
Future West candidate for the Henderson-Massey Local Board.
Lyndon is a strong advocate for community owned resources and for youth involvement in the community. He believes that a community is at its best when local government actively engages with youth and provides good community resources for everyone to enjoy.
“I have seen the positive impact of community youth programmes and I want to ensure that the Super City merger doesn’t negatively impact on the youth of West Auckland”.
Lyndon wants to ensure that resources like the public libraries, parks and community centres remain under public control and are available for all members of the community to access and enjoy.
