I am standing for the local board to protect what we love about Waitakere, our people, our lifestyle and the beautiful Waitakere Ranges.  The Super city will bring rapid changes to our area. We need to ensure that these changes mean secure housing, sustainable local work and continued protection for our fabulous natural environment.

I live in Waitakere and work for the WeedFree Trust and Keep Waitakere Beautiful Trust, helping residents manage bush properties and restore streams. I also provide environmental education to business, community groups and schools.

The Super city is here to stay.  Our front door has been jammed wide open and Auckland is coming our way.  A vote for me and for Future West will give you local board representatives dedicated to ensuring that the new Council hears the true voice of the Waitakere community.
